Policies

Important information about our operating standards, payments, and community guidelines at the academy.

Payments

Monthly tuition is processed on the 1st of each month. We accept credit and debit card, Zelle, and cash. Late payments may be subject to a late fee.

For camps, clinics, and special events, payment at the time of registration is required to secure your spot. Spots are limited and assigned in order of registration and payment.

Attendance

Regular attendance is essential for the student's technical and artistic progress. We recommend attending all scheduled classes, especially as showcases or performances approach.

Monthly tuition remains due regardless of absences, as the cost covers the reserved space and instructor preparation.

Make-Up Classes

We offer make-up classes for students who missed a class due to illness or another valid reason. Make-up classes must be scheduled within the same month and are subject to availability.

To schedule a make-up class, contact the academy in advance. Make-up classes are not guaranteed during high-demand weeks or near showcases.

Drop-Off & Pick-Up

For the safety of all students, parents or guardians must arrive on time to pick up their children. Students should not be left alone outside the building.

During dance camps, drop-off is between 8:45 and 9:15 AM and pick-up between 3:45 and 4:15 PM. Please respect these times for the smooth operation of the program.

Dress Code

Each dance style has its own specific dress code. Visit the Dance Styles page to see the detailed requirements for each discipline.

In general: comfortable, fitted clothing that allows freedom of movement. Appropriate footwear is required for safe practice. Loose street clothing or everyday shoes are not permitted on the dance floor.

Conduct

We expect mutual respect among all members of the community: students, instructors, parents, and staff. Offensive language, harassment, or any disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.

During classes, electronic devices must be off or on silent. Parents are welcome to observe classes in designated areas without interrupting the class.

Private Classes

Private classes are available with our instructors based on availability. They are ideal for audition preparation, personalized technique, event choreography, and accelerated progress.

To book a private class, contact the academy at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid charges.

Camps & Clinics

Advance registration is required for all camps and clinics. Spots are limited and assigned in order of registration. Full payment at the time of registration confirms your spot.

For Dance Camps, parents must complete the authorization and medical emergency form before the first day of camp.

Refunds & Cancellations

For monthly tuition: refunds are not offered for unattended classes. In cases of documented extended illness or special circumstances, the situation will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

For camps and clinics: cancellations made more than 14 days in advance are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations between 7 and 14 days receive credit toward future activities. Cancellations with less than 7 days notice are not eligible for a refund.
